I have worked in the medical field, exercising with cardiac patients and people with various diseases for the past 10 years. I take a holistic approach to health, making exercise part of a daily routine, incorporating mindfulness, and in turn helping you feel better in your body and mind.

I have over 4.5 years of experience working with perinatal clients. Before that, I worked in clinical exercise, helping people improve their health and well-being. My passion for women’s health grew from my own personal journey with hormones and fertility, which has driven me to support other women through their unique experiences. I’m here to guide and empower you as you navigate one of life’s biggest transitions—entering motherhood. Together, we’ll prioritize your health, strength, and well-being.
