3rd trimester labor prep series

What is it?
The 3rd trimester labor prep series includes 4 classes to help support you during your third trimester as you get ready for labor and delivery. We will connect to your body during this special transition period.
Taught by Mallory Risner, a certified holistic women’s health coach and a certified pre/postnatal exercise specialist.
First video will go through mobility and stretches to open up and relax your body.
Second video is designed to strengthen your body to get you ready for labor and postpartum.
Third video will go through movements and positions for your labor and delivery.
Fourth video will go through the push breath for your labor and delivery.
These videos are designed to do over and over again and taken at your own pace. These workouts will be available anytime once you are a Get Greauxing member.
