ACSM clinical exercise physiologist 200 hour yoga teacher
I envision a world where holistic wellness is accessible to all, empowering individuals to thrive mentally, physically, and spiritually. My life changed when I discovered mindful movement and incorporated it in to my life daily. I want to share this and help as many people as I can. At Get Greauxing we combine mindfulness and breath work with strength training and mobility — I’ve found this to be a balanced fitness method that helps me to be the best version of myself.
